THE MOUNTAIN COTTAGE
The Mountain Cottage is located on a 10,000 square meter plot.
With a fenced area where goats, sheep and other animals dwell, this property is definitely the place to be for animal lovers.
The cottage is the last house in the village and sits at the very edge of the Bükk nature reserve.
It offers every comfort you could wish for, and we always do our utmost to provide our guests with an unforgettable stay.
With plenty of options for hiking and cycling, it is the ideal place for people who appreciate peace and nature.
In recent years we have fitted the house with all modern conveniences, such as wifi, floor heating, a new kitchen, a separate utility room, etc. (during winter)
We have preserved the traditional nature of this Hungarian home and made sure it is perfectly integrated in the environment.
The cottage is located in the well-known wine region where the ‘Bikavér’ (‘Bull’s Blood’) is produced, a Hungarian top wine which has put Hungary on the international wine map.
There are also many villagers with impressive wine cellars filled with local produce.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the family, who will help you out with any requests you may have and can organize activities tailored to your wishes.
